Hace 7 años nació 2be Psychotherapy. Lo que empezó como un proyecto personal, fue creciendo y transformándose… hasta pedirme un nuevo orden.

Los proyectos son como los hijos. Hay que escucharles, darles espacio y dejarles ser. Eso sí, también hay que ponerles límites!

Hoy, después de años de escucha y movimiento, abrimos las puertas de esta nueva etapa, un espacio de salud integral con diversos servicios y profesionales, todos ellos únicos y maravillosos!

Seven years ago, 2be Psychotherapy was born. What began as a personal project kept growing and transforming… until it asked me for a new order.

Projects are like children. You have to listen to them, give them space, and let them be. And yes, you also need to set boundaries!

Today, after years of listening and movement, we open the doors to this new stage—a space for integral health that brings together a variety of services and professionals, all of them unique and wonderful!

Las cicatrices, como todo, tienen muchas capas. A veces puedo creer que he “sanado”, pero a niveles más profundos no. Cicatrizar implica no esconder, implica extraer un aprendizaje, adquirir una nueva comprensión, implica un proceso de UNIÓN.

Cuando acontecen esos momentos en la vida donde nos rompemos. A veces nosotros mismos recogemos esas piezas, otras nos ayudan. Pero lo que nadie nos puede brindar es la unión y el amor con uno mismo.

Las cicatrices tienen una piel distinta, están llenas de sabiduría a la que podemos acceder cuando las enriquecemos con oro.

Scars, like everything else, have many layers. Sometimes I may believe I have “healed,” but at deeper levels, I haven’t. Healing means not hiding; it means extracting a lesson, gaining a new understanding, and undergoing a process of UNION.

When those moments in life come where we break, sometimes we pick up the pieces ourselves, other times we are helped. But what no one can give us is the union and love with oneself.

Scars have a different kind of skin, full of wisdom and new resources that we can access when we enrich them with gold.

En una pareja integramos dos energías para crear algo mayor. Nuestra unión creará un triángulo que nos elevará más y nos enraizará más. Y cuanto mayor sea la unión, mayor será la altura y mayor será la profundidad.

Puede ser una pareja sexual, laboral, de amistad, de hobby. Puede ser de un fin de semana, de unas horas, de un capítulo de vida. Sea la modalidad y el tiempo que sea, si asumimos la responsabilidad de SER y ESTAR, la pareja nos potenciará.

In a partnership, we integrate two energies to create something greater. Our union will form a triangle that elevates us higher and grounds us deeper. The stronger the union, the greater the height and the deeper the roots.

It can be a sexual partnership, a professional, a friendship, a hobby partner. It can last for a weekend, a few hours, or a chapter of life. Regardless of its form or duration, if we take responsibility for BEING, the partnership will empower us.
